Here at Mental Health Awareness our goal is to educate the community about Mental Health Issues that everyday Australians suffer from. With that knowledge we hope to erase the stigma related with Mental Health.

In this issue of Mental Health Awareness we take a look at different aspects of Mental Health, tackling such subjects as Living With Depression and Coping With Anxiety, two common problems in our society. Over the coming Issues we will be looking at all facets of Mental Health within the community.

In this issue of we take a look at our Veterans and the impact of War. The implications related to children witnessing
Violence through media, games and other avenues.
